RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Southpointe at Regency Park a multi-phased residential development in the City of Los Banos. This project involved the creation of a new regional storm drainage basin that included a storm drain pumping station to manage storm water. It also involved the planning and projection for the future residential development to the north. The subdivision included low and medium density residential and 3 acres of open space land for public use.
