Sierra Village is a residential project in Riverbank, California that will develop a 2 acre parcel into small (780 square foot) homes. The project is approved to build 27 homes and develop a small, on-site park area for the enjoyment of the residents. This project will provide affordable homes for new families and provide an infill of undeveloped land within the City.
