Renaissance 154 is a residential subdivision located in the City of Merced. This project involved the development of 154 residential lots as in in-fill project, completing a pocket of undeveloped land in this neighborhood. Design of this project was constrained by the existing storm drainage basin and sanitary sewer lift station as well as the existing street pattern.
