Bellevue Ranch is a multi-phased, master planned, residential development project located in the City of Merced. It includes over 1,300 acres and includes Low and Medium Density residential components, Public Parks, Open Space/Natural Habitat, an Elementary School, a Fire Station, a High School, a Transit Center, and Public Utility Infrastructure.
